Ready Set Red

• 6" Vibrant red with faint band and slightly lighter midribs above a yellow to green throat. Ready Set Red is in the background of at least 80% of my currently grown red seedlings because of its quality genetics. If you are looking for a hardy generously-budded breeding plant for clear fire engine reds, this will provide them in abundance.
• Well-proportioned scapes display the brilliant red flowers appropriately over the clean bluish dormant foliage so they can be appreciated both up-close and from across the yard. Rebloom in a northern climate adds to the overall garden value of this daylily. Terrific pod and pollen fertility.
