Daylily - Palladian White

Palladian White
(Pearce-G 2022)

  • 6" White with heavy substance, diamond dusting, and faint buttery ruffled edges above a radiating green throat. Palladian White easily holds up to rain and sun.
  • One of the last plants to bloom in my zone 5b garden due to its later bloom season plus extensive bud-building. Scapes are very tall which give this tetraploid cultivar a grand presence akin to Palladian architecture which mimics classic white marble Greek temples. A clump is easily seen from a long distance. It is producing many impressive even whiter offspring. A somewhat difficult pod parent but the pollen is hot.
  • 44" scape with 4 branches and 20 buds, Mid to Late, Dormant, Tet ((Angels Gather Around X Butch and Barbara's Cracked Eggs) X White Perfection)
  • Seedling #13-14-01
  • $50 DF
